On March 15, 2026, more than 3,000 students from the University of Law, Hue University, cast their ballots for the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 tenure. The voting took place at Polling Station No. 17, An Cuu Ward, Hue City, in accordance with statutory regulations.

On March 13, 2026, the University of Law, Hue University, organized a doctoral dissertation defense in the major of Economic Law for two Ph.D. candidates, Nguyen Huu Tri and Le Van Cao.

On the morning of March 10, 2026, University of Law, Hue University hosted a working session with Professor Dina Siegel from the Willem Pompe Institute for Criminal Law and Criminology, Utrecht University (the Netherlands) to exchange and discuss opportunities for cooperation in education and scientific research in the field of law.

From March 2, 2026 to March 6, 2026, University of Law, Hue University (HUL) successfully organized a series of academic seminars: “European Integration – History, Politics, Law, Policies and External Relations of the European Union.” The program consisted of 05 session which attracted strong interest and active participation from many students and lecturers.

On the morning of January 16, 2026, the Vietnamese Law School Network (VLSN), in collaboration with Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Engineering and the University of Law, Hue University, organized a National Scientific Conference entitled “Legal Mechanisms and Policies for Breakthrough Development of Higher Education in the Spirit of Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW (13th Party Congress)”.

On the morning of January 10, 2026, the University of Law, Hue University, organized a training workshop focused on teaching methods and skills in undergraduate legal education.

On the morning of December 27, 2025, the University of Law, Hue University solemnly held the Graduation Ceremony and conferred Master’s degrees in Economic Law on postgraduate learners who successfully completed the training program in the December 2025 cohort.

On the morning of December 19, 2025, the Network of Law Training Institutions in Vietnam, in coordination with the University of Law, Hue University; Hanoi Law University; and Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, organized the National Scientific Conference of Law Students 2025 under the theme “Improving Vietnamese Law in the New Context.”

In celebration of the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 – December 22, 2025) and the 36th anniversary of the All-People's National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 – December 22, 2025), on the afternoon of December 19, 2025, the Veterans Association of the University of Law, Hue University, organized a floral tribute and incense-offering ceremony to commemorate heroic martyrs at the Hue City Martyrs' Cemetery, followed by a sports tournament.

On the morning of December 11, 2025, Hue University of Law, Hue University, organized the Conference for Public Employees and Workers for the 2025–2026 Academic Year.
