Retirement Appreciation Ceremony for Master’s Degree Holder, Principal Specialist Nguyễn Văn Kiệm
Update day: 03-06-2025On the afternoon of June 3, 2025, the University of Law, Hue University hosted a farewell and appreciation ceremony for Mr. Nguyễn Văn Kiệm, Master, Principal Specialist, former Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee (2020–2025 term), Chairman of the Inspection Commission, former Secretary of the Party Cell, and former Head of the Organization and Administration Department, on the occasion of his retirement in accordance with state policy.
Attending the ceremony were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Đoàn Đức Lương, Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Duy Phương, Vice Rector; Dr. Nguyễn Hồng Sơn, Chairman of the School Council; leaders of mass organizations; heads and deputy heads of departments; and all staff of the Organization and Administration Department.

In his address, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Đoàn Đức Lương expressed deep appreciation on behalf of the entire School for Mr. Kiệm’s outstanding contributions. Known for his dedication, political integrity, and professional excellence, Mr. Kiệm has consistently exemplified a model public servant throughout his career.
With over 30 years of service to the School of Law, Mr. Kiệm has left a lasting legacy, particularly through his role as Head of the Organization and Administration Department, where he provided strategic guidance on organizational structure, human resource development, and administrative reform.

In his remarks, Mr. Kiệm extended heartfelt thanks to the Party Committee, the Board of Rectors, and his colleagues for their trust and support over the years. He expressed pride in having contributed to the development of the School of Law and conveyed hope for its continued success and growth.
On this occasion, representatives of various departments and colleagues from the Organization and Administration Department also offered their tributes, recognizing Mr. Kiệm as a committed, approachable, and exemplary colleague.
