1. Missions

The University of Law, Hue University has been built and operated as an undergraduate and postgraduate training institution; carrying out scientific and technological, as well as community service activitiesin legal field; providing high quality human resources, science and technology products as well as policy advice in the field of law to meet the development needs of the region and the country.

2. General Objectives

The team of managers, officers, lecturers and labors constantly strives to build the University of Law, Hue University into a specialized law training institution; in which, the training program integrate research and practice provide high quality legal human resources for meeting the needs of the Central and Highlands regions as well asthe whole country; establish comprehensive strength in the direction of standardization and modernization of training programs, staff, teaching and technical facilities as well as management system; meet higher education quality assurance standards; follow a synchronous roadmap of solutions to implement autonomy and self-responsibility as a decisive step in comprehensive fundamental innovation and improving the quality of education and training.

3. Vision

By 2030, the University of Law, Hue University will become a fully autonomous institution, taking financial autonomy as a premise; promoting all resources, traditional and core values in training, science and technology, community service and quality culture; affirming our brand in the top legal training institutions in Vietnam, with influence in the region.

4. Core values: THINKING - CREATIVITY - RESPONSIBILITY

- Thinking: Thinking is an indispensable activity in the learning process during which only with thinking can learners receive and apply the knowledge accumulated. This is also the foundation for self-study, exploration, discovery and supplementing humanity's endless knowledge.

- Creativity: Creativity means new issues in legal science in particular and social sciences and humanities in general; and knowing how to apply creatively knowledge into real life in a practical way.

- Responsibility: Responsibility means being responsible to the community and society and for oneself with living altruistically. Responsibility is also the foundation for learners to aim at ensuring fairness.
