On May 27-28, 2025, the Party Committee of the University of Law, Hue University solemnly convened its 4th Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. The congress took place in an atmosphere of democracy, unity, and responsibility, marking a pivotal moment in the Party’s organizational development and setting strategic directions for the University's comprehensive advancement in the new era.

Attending and delivering guidance at the Congress were Comrade Bui Van Loi, Acting Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Acting Vice President of Hue University; members of the Standing Committee of Hue University’s Party Committee; and representatives from Party Committees of member institutions within Hue University.

From the University of Law, attendees included Comrade Doan Duc Luong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Rector; Comrade Nguyen Duy Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Rector; Comrade Nguyen Hong Son, Chairman of the University Council; and 150 exemplary Party members representing all grassroots Party cells under the University's Party Committee.

At the Congress, delegates reviewed the political report of the Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term, the self-assessment report, and thematic presentations from affiliated cells on key areas such as human resources development, training reform, and staff organization. Based on these discussions, the Congress reached a consensus on a forward-looking strategy for comprehensive renewal and international integration for the 2025-2030 term.

In his keynote directive, Comrade Bui Van Loi acknowledged and praised the impressive results achieved by the School's Party Committee over the past term. He emphasized that the University of Law, Hue University is among the leading institutions in terms of scale, quality, and reputation. To maintain and build upon these achievements, the new Executive Committee must continue to foster a spirit of unity, courage, and innovation, accelerate digital transformation, enhance training quality, promote applied research, and develop a faculty team that meets regional and international standards.

The Congress successfully elected 11 members to the new Executive Committee of the Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

In addition, 15 official delegates were elected to represent the University’s Party Committee at the 7th Party Congress of Hue University for the same term.

With the theme: “SOLIDARITY – INNOVATION – INTEGRATION – DEVELOPMENT”, the 4th Party Congress opens a new chapter for the Party Committee of the University of Law, Hue University. It sets a strategic vision and bold directions for the next five years-continuing a proud tradition, harnessing collective wisdom, and igniting the aspiration to contribute to the cause of education, training, and scientific research.
