On October 10, 2024, the University of Law, Hue University hosted an international scientific conference titled "History and Law during the French Colonial Period in Indochina." The conference was jointly organized by the University of Law, Hue University (Vietnam) and the Center for Research on the History of Political Ideas and Institutions, Aix-Marseille University (France).

After nearly 3 exciting but challenging months, the V-Med competition has reached its final stage. The participating teams have demonstrated their confidence, knowledge, and skills in problem-solving, overcoming obstacles, and their ability to learn and improve through each round. Not only did the competition provide students with valuable knowledge and experience, but it also offered opportunities to connect with experts and professional mediators. Over the two days of September 23 and 24, the 20 teams went through 3 rounds of hypothetical scenarios, where they assumed the roles of mediators and disputing parties to conduct mock mediation sessions following the VICMC Mediation Rules.

To promote the dissemination and popularization of knowledge and skills related to the resolution of disputes through commercial mediation in Vietnam, the Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Center (VICMC) and the University of Law, Hue University (HUL) have jointly organized the Vietnam Mediation Moot (V-Med) competition.

The new students of class K48 officially enrolled at University of Law, Hue University on August 24, 2024.

On August 12, 2024, at Cuu Long University, National Route 1A, Phu Quoi Commune, Long Ho District, Vinh Long Province, the ceremony for the announcement of the decision to recognize Cuu Long University as a member of the Vietnamese Law School Network (VLSN) took place.

On July 25-26, 2024, the University of Law, Hue University hosted the 4th International Conference on Asian Legal History. This significant event was co-organized by the University of Law, Hue University, the Faculty of Law at the University of Oxford, UK, and the Faculty of Law at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

On July 19th and 20th, 2024, a delegation from the School Council of the University of Law, Hue University, visited Ho Chi Minh City Open University to exchange experiences and learn about their programs and activities.

On June 8th, 2024, University of Law, Hue University held a grand graduation ceremony for the Master's in Economic Law program, Class of K15.

With a steadfast commitment to responsibility, urgency, and democratic principles, the official session of the 7th Congress of Delegates of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union at the College of Law, Hue University, commenced successfully at 8:00 a.m. on May 26, 2024, in Hall B.
