Vietnam and Laos are two brotherly countries with loyal feelings, a beautiful symbol of pure international solidarity. The two countries have been closely attached for a long time, always standing side by side, sharing the ups and downs throughout the journey of fighting for independence, protecting and building the country, as Prince Soupha Nuvong said during his lifetime, "The Laos-Vietnam friendship is higher than mountains, longer than rivers, wider than the ocean, more beautiful than the full moon, more fragrant than any of the most fragrant flowers."
