Enrollment Process and Support

From the evening of August 23rd to the early morning of August 24th, many new students and their parents arrived at the university to complete enrollment procedures. To facilitate the process, the university meticulously prepared its facilities and personnel in the days leading up to the enrollment period. This ensured a smooth and efficient enrollment experience for students. The enrollment process was communicated in detail through various media channels, providing students and families with all necessary information. Clear signage, diagrams, and public information about fees were also prepared to minimize confusion for new students.

The university's Youth Union and Student Association also established dedicated volunteer teams to provide round-the-clock support to new students and their parents. This included airport and train station pick-ups, temporary accommodation assistance, finding off-campus housing, and providing free dormitory accommodation for one year to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This warm welcome not only created positive memories but also showcased the strong traditions of University of Law, Hue University to parents and new students.

Facilities and Support for Parents

At the enrollment session, waiting areas with shade were provided for parents, and refreshments like water, tea, and coffee were available at the canteen. Banners were also set up for photo opportunities. The student reception area was organized professionally, with staff from various departments providing assistance to ensure a swift enrollment process.

Phan Thi Khanh Vy, a new student, shared her experience:

“Early this morning, my father and I arrived in Hue after a long journey to enroll at the university of law. It was my first time in Hue, so I was a little overwhelmed. I contacted the school's volunteer team for assistance, and I'm truly grateful for their help. They provided me with guidance, a warm welcome, and arranged temporary accommodation. Thanks to their support, I found off-campus housing and completed my enrollment procedures within the same day. I'm delighted to be a new student at this school, with its modern facilities, a beautiful green campus, and a welcoming environment. I look forward to joining clubs and teams within the university and, most importantly, volunteering to help future students with their enrollment process, continuing the school's excellent traditions.”

Enrollment Timeline and Future Activities

The enrollment period at University of Law, Hue University extended until 5:00 PM on August 24, 2024. After completing the enrollment process, new students participated in a week-long orientation program before the official start of classes.
