On May 22, 2026, the University of Law, Hue University, held a preliminary evaluation of the doctoral dissertation of PhD candidate Trinh Hoang Minh.

PhD candidate Trinh Hoang Minh conducted his dissertation on the topic "Laws on the Protection of Consumer Personal Information in Vietnam" under the scientific guidance of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duy Phuong, University of Law, Hue University.

The dissertation evaluation committee consisted of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Duc Luong - Chairman; Dr. Mai Xuan Hoi - Secretary; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Duong Quynh Hoa - Reviewer 1; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Mong Diep - Reviewer 2, along with committee members: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Thi Huong; Dr. Le Thi Hai Ngoc; and Dr. Tran Thi Sau.

During the evaluation, the PhD candidate presented the key contents of his dissertation. The Council members exchanged views, commented on, and evaluated the scientific merit, practical value, and novelty of the research topic. In addition, the Council offered numerous suggestions to help the doctoral candidate further revise and refine the dissertation before the official defense.

The University of Law, Hue University congratulates doctoral candidate Trinh Hoang Minh on the initial results achieved and hopes that he will soon complete his dissertation for the official defense.
