CCP-LAW project working delegation visits and works at the University of Law, Hue University
Update day: 08-01-2025On the morning of January 8, 2025, the University of Law, Hue University, welcomed the CCP-Law project working delegation for a visit and collaborative meeting.
Representing Hue University was Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Xuan Huy, Deputy Head of the Department of Science, Technology, and International Relations. On behalf of the University of Law, Hue University, the attendees included Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Duy Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Rector, along with heads of various units within the university.
In his welcoming speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duy Phuong expressed his appreciation for the CCP-Law delegation's visit and highlighted the importance of the collaboration.
The meeting aimed to foster discussions, share opinions, and exchange experiences among experts to enhance mutual understanding and facilitate the development of the CCP-Law project. Representing the host university, LLM. Dong Thi Huyen Nga provided an introduction to the University of Law, Hue University. As part of the program, the delegation toured the functional offices and campus facilities of the university.
The CCP-Law project is coordinated by Hue University with the involvement of 10 partner institutions from universities and educational organizations in Vietnam, India, Malaysia, Greece, the UK, and Spain. The project aims to: (i) Develop and pilot a Master's program in Environmental Policy and Law; (ii) Address challenges in postgraduate curricula on Environmental Policy and Law in Malaysia, India, and Vietnam; (iii) Enhance the capacity and skills of educational institutions through the application of innovative information and communication technology; (iv) Establish research centers on Environmental Policy and Law in six educational institutions across three Asian countries.
