   Constitutional Law is one of the core subjects required for a qualifying law degree, including undergraduate and postgraduate programs. It is an important subject becausw it helps students understand th operation of the state and the relationship between the state and the individual, organizations, and other states.

Constutytional Law is often described as where law meets politics, and frequent references to political processes directly affect the legislation being introduced..Most of the legislation we work with originates in Parliament in the form of statutes. Thus, we must understand how The Parliament works and how those legislations are made. Similarly, in order to properly appreciates the operation are made. Similarly, in order to properly appreciate the operation og the State, we need to inderstand the status of the Government, of the Courts, of the People's Procuracy system, and of the local governments in the state apparatus.
