With the topic "Perfecting Vietnamese law in the context of digital transformation", the conference was under the co-chair of Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Duy Phuong - Vice Rector of the University of Law, Hue University, Dr. Dao Mong Diep - Dean of Faculty of Economic Law and Lawyer, MSc. Dang Thi Ngoc Hanh - Director of Law Firm Ngoc Hanh and Associates.

In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic’s increasingly complicated happenings, social distance requirement implemented has resulted in severe damage to Vietnam. Disturbances in psychology, life rhythm and employment, the decline in socio-economic growth have profoundly affected each single person and the peace of each country.
