On September 7, 2022, University of Law, Hue University in collaboration with IIG Education Organization, held a signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding on the implementation of the TOEIC international standard English assessment for students of HUL.

Attending the signing ceremony, on the side of HUL, there were Assoc. Doan Duc Luong, Rector; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Duy Phuong, Vice Rector; representatives of departments of the University. On the side of IIG Education Organization, there were Ms. Pham Thi Khanh Phuong, Executive Director of IIG Vietnam Joint Stock Company in Da Nang and members of IIG.

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Doan Duc Luong, Rector of Law University, Hue University and Ms. Pham Thi Khanh Phuong, Managing Director of IIG Vietnam Joint Stock Company Branch in Da Nang, delivered congratulatory speeches. Leaders of the two units shared: IIG Vietnam will advise the University to step by step implement a roadmap to standardize the output for graduates on English ability using the responsive international TOEIC test which would meet the demand for advanced learning as well as recruitment standards in the Vietnamese and international labor market; coordinate with the University to organize the entrance exam of TOEIC Placement Test for first-year students. Conduct training for the School's lecturers on the TOEIC standard English teaching method. These training courses aim to provide trainers with effective tools, skills, approaches and English training; Coordinate with the University to organize the output TOEIC test for students according to the periodic plan of the University; It is proposed that the University would use the online English learning program ED (English Discoveries) in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of training. Thereby, the University will gradually prepare the training course whose output standards of English with TOEIC standard. The English output standards including TOEIC would be available for students of the school from the enrollment period 2022-2023.

The signing ceremony of cooperation agreement between HUL and IIG Vietnam took place successfully. The coperation is expected to improve English proficiency according to international TOEIC standard for students of HUL in the near future.
