On March 27, 2025, the University of Law, Hue University organized a seminar on scientific paper design and international publication in the Scopus/WoS system. The event was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Duy Phương, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Rector; Dr. Cao Đình Lành, Head of the Department of Science, Technology, and International Cooperation; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Ngọc Kiện, Head of the Criminal Law Department, along with faculty members and students of the university.

During the seminar, Dr. Lương Thanh Hải, from the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice, Griffith University, Australia, shared valuable insights on structuring and formatting a scientific paper, submission methods for journals across different formats, and introduced various international conferences where participants could publish their papers.

Additionally, Dr. Lương Thanh Hải discussed learning and research methods in Criminology and Criminal Justice in Australia, drawing comparisons with practical applications in Vietnam. He also provided guidance on securing scholarships for master's and doctoral programs, offering valuable advice for faculty members and students aspiring to pursue further studies abroad.
