At 8:00 am on September 28, 2021, Faculty of Economic Law, University of Law, Hue University successfully organized a Faculty-level Scientific Conference with the topic of “Completing the Law on Taxation and Electronic Payment in age of industry 4.0” under the lead of MSc.PhD student. Nguyen Thanh Tung - Vice Dean of Faculty of Economic Law, Tran The He - Lecturer at Faculty of Economic Law, University of Law, Hue University and MSc. Nguyen Thi Trien - Lecturer at Faculty of Economic Law, University of Law, Hue University in an online platform.

The conference was honor to welcome the attendance of distinguished guests. On the side of authority in Thua Thien Hue province, there was the presence of Mr. Ha Van Khoa - Director of Tax Department of Thua Thien Hue province; Ms. Au Thi Nguyet Lien - Head of Propaganda unit in Tax Department of Thua Thien Hue Province; Ms. Tran Thi Tam Thanh - Deputy Director of Industrial and Commercial Bank. On the side of Law University, Hue University, there were the attendance of Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Duy Phuong – Vice President of Law University, Hue University;Dr. Nguyen Hong Son - Chairman of the Council of Law College, Hue University. On the side of the Bar Association, there were the attendance of Lawyer Nguyen Van Tu - Bar Association of Da Nang City.

The seminar also had the participation of researchers, lecturers and students from law training institutions in Vietnam.

The conference was a forum for scientists, lecturers, legal experts, tax experts and businesses to exchange and share knowledge and experience related to the field of tax law and electronic payment in the fourth industrial revolution. then, to give some orientations and solutions to improve the legal framework on tax and electronic payment in the context of globalization.

The conference selected 10 quality articles for publication in the Conference Proceedings. Among these, the Organizing Committee has selected three articles to present at the workshop. The first presentation of the group of authors MSc. Nguyen Thi Trien, MSc. Ha Van Khoa, MSc. Au Thi Nguyet Lien with the topic "Improving the law on tax administration in the digital economy"; Lawyer Nguyen Van Tu's second presentation with the topic "Some recommendations to improve the legal framework for electronic payment in Vietnam to meet the needs of industrial 4.0 era"; ; The third presentation of Mr. MSc. Tran The He with the topic "The current situation, forecast and solutions to prevent and combat high-tech crime in the field of electronic payment in banking sector of Vietnam"

At the end of the seminar, Mr. NCS. Nguyen Thanh Tung on behalf of the delegation chaired the end of the issue, hoping that there would be more academic forums for legal discussions on tax and e-payment legal issues in the current digital transformation context.
