On June 8, 2022, Cooperation Agreement Signing Ceremony between Bar Association of Dong Nai Province and Faculty of Criminal Law, Hue University was solemnly organized. 

On the side of the Dong Nai Bar Association participating in the ceremony, there were the presence of Master, Lawyer Le Quang Y (the Chairman); Lawyer Pham Tien Dung (the Vice Chairman) and 18 other lawyers joined the delegation.

On the side of Hue University of Law, there were the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Duc Luong (Rector of Hue University of Law); Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Kien, (Dean of the Criminal Law Faculty) as well as the Faculty’s lecturers and more than 200 students.

The Faculty of Criminal Law - Hue University of Law is a law bachelor's public training institution, affiliated to Hue University. The office is located at Block A, Administrative Building, Vo Van Kiet Street, An Tay Ward, Hue City, Thua Thien Hue.

Dong Nai Bar Association is a socio-professional organization, representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of member lawyers in Dong Nai province, with its head office at No. Quarter 4, Quyet Thang Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai.

For the purpose of strengthening and developing the cooperation relationship between the two parties in the field of training, fostering and scientific research on law practice skills especially the eloquence skill; on the basis of assessing the suitability with the purposes, operating principles and interests of each party; and in order to promote the strengths, capacities and advantages of each party in the above fields, the Dong Nai Bar Association and the Faculty of Criminal Law - Hue University have agreed to sign a cooperation agreement.

Specifically, on cooperation in training and fostering the profession of lawyers, the Dong Nai Bar Association will introduce and create conditions for experienced and reputable lawyers to participate in teaching, training and researching at the Faculty of Criminal Law, Hue University of Law’s classes.

The Dong Nai Bar Association has committed to introducing and encouraging law-practicing organizations in the province’s area to receive students of the Faculty and the University for internship activities according to training programs. The Dong Nai Bar Association will create conditions to introduce and encourage law-practicing organizations to receive students with good academic results introduced by the Judicial Academy to work at law-practicing organizations.

The Faculty of Criminal Law will introduce and create conditions for experienced and reputable scientists and lecturers of the Faculty to participate in teaching, fostering lawyers’ professional knowledge and skills in classes organized by the Dong Nai Bar Association; participate in developing programs and documents to foster lawyers’s professional knowledge and skills at the Dong Nai Bar Association.

Regarding scientific research activities cooperation:

- The Dong Nai Bar Association and the Faculty of Criminal Law - Hue University will jointly build and organize scientific seminars and conferences related to training and fostering activities for students in order to contribute and share professional knowledge and practical experience in law practice.

- The Dong Nai Bar Association will introduce and create conditions for experienced and reputable lawyers with to participate in scientific projects, write papers for scientific seminars, conferences, discussion as well as for the Journal of Law and Practice’ publication of Hue University of Law.

- The Faculty of Criminal Law - Hue University of Law will introduce and create conditions for experienced and reputable lecturers to participate in scientific projects, write papers for scientific seminars, conferences and discussion organised by the Dong Nai Bar Association.

Regarding international cooperation activities, every year, the two parties will introduce and send their own experts, lecturers and lawyers to participate in seminars and training activities according to the respective International Cooperation Program of each party.

Other cooperative activities such as: introducing and promoting each other's images and brands to partners in accordance with actual conditions and current laws; participating in each other's events; jointly organizing events related to training and fostering the lawyer profession; participating in cultural, artistic and sports exchange activities of each party when invited.

At the program, the Dong Nai Bar Association’s lawyers also exchanged useful infomation and oriented career for students of the Criminal Law Faculty as well as students interested in the lawyer profession
