General Introduction

The Centre for Legal Consultancy and Short-term Training, formerly known as the Centre for Consultancy and Legal Practice under the Faculty of Law, Hue University. Over time, and along with the growth of the Faculty of Law, on April 3, 2015, the Rector of Hue University signed Decision No. 18/QD-DHL to establish the Centre for Legal Consultancy and Short-term Training under the Faculty of Law, Hue University.

The Centre for Legal Consultancy and Short-term Training is located on the 1st floor of the Administrative Building within the premises of the Faculty of Law, providing a convenient location for students, organizations, and individuals to exchange and collaborate. The center is staffed by Consultants and Collaborators who work in various fields, particularly professors, doctors, lawyers, lecturers, and officials from reputable legal institutions, research centers, and training institutions nationwide.

Functions

The functions of The Centre for Legal Consultancy and Short-term Training encompass training, scientific research, and legal consultation. These activities are carried out through the teaching  of the center's lecturers, the organization of short-term training courses, and the provision of legal consultation and propagation to individuals and organizations in need. These endeavors contribute significantly to the effective implementation of political tasks, training activities, and the educational mission of the University.

Activities

  1. Certificate training programs to enhance legal knowledge and skills for students.
  2. Training programs to enhance legal knowledge and skills for officials, civil servants, workers, and individuals and organizations in need (with course certification).
  3. Collaborative programs with specialized agencies in fields such as lawyer, notary, real estate, taxation, environment, economics, and finance.
  4. Offering specialized legal topics to support businesses in meeting community service demands.
  5. Conducting tailored training classes on legal knowledge and skills based on the specific needs of individuals and organizations.
